Vanessa O’Sullivan

Registered Legal Executive

Vanessa joined the Gellert Ivanson team in 2014, bringing with her extensive experience from large law firms in London and Dublin, as well as several major firms in Auckland’s CBD and a boutique suburban practice.

She has a broad range of expertise in property law and can assist with residential and commercial conveyancing, refinancing, small and large-scale subdivisions, property sharing agreements, licences to occupy, cross-lease title updates, conversions to fee simple titles, and construction contracts.

Outside of work, Vanessa is kept busy juggling family life with her four young children.
