Brigid Ward  

Senior Associate

Brigid has over 20 years’ experience working in all facets of family law, but her focus in the last 10 years has been mostly relationship property matters, often involving complex trust and company issues. Brigid advises couples on relationship property agreements, both at the beginning of a relationship and upon separating.

Brigid also advises clients on spousal maintenance entitlements following a separation, and has experience in several areas of civil litigation, employment law and criminal law. 

When she is not spending time with her husband, three sons and two stepdaughters, Brigid’s passions are gardening,  walking and swimming to keep fit, reading, sharing a palatable bottle of wine, and regularly cooking for friends and family at home.
