Registered Legal Executive

Anne-Therese is a qualified Legal Executive who joined Gellert Ivanson in 2023, bringing with her experience in estate administration and nearly 30 years working within the legal profession in various areas of practice.

Anne-Therese plays a key administrative role in the probate process. She assists in managing estate files from the initial probate application through to the final distribution of assets.  Her responsibilities include liaising with executors and beneficiaries and all other essential aspects of effective estate administration.

Anne-Therese ensures clear communication, smooth information flow, and strict compliance with statutory obligations in the administration of estates.
