Vanessa O’Sullivan

Registered Legal Executive

Originally from Whakatane, Vanessa spent two years in London and another year in Dublin before returning to New Zealand and settling down in Auckland. After working with large city law firms, Vanessa made the move out of the CBD and then to Gellert Ivanson in St. Heliers in 2014 to reduce the daily commute and give her more time with her family. 

Vanessa takes care of much of our residential and rural conveyancing and the leases and agreements associated with business sales and purchases and with small- and large-scale subdivisions.

When it comes to refinancing, property sharing agreements and licences to occupy, drainage agreements and work on cross-lease titles and title amalgamations, Vanessa will work with you to find amicable solutions.
