Background

Daniel joined us in 2004. He practises in all areas of commercial law with a particular focus on business acquisitions and dispositions, contract law, Consumer Guarantees Act, intellectual property and franchising. Daniel also has experience in securities, employment law, commercial property and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining us Daniel worked for a boutique city law firm where he practised in information technology, resource management and commercial law.

Outside of work Daniel's interests include running, surfing, tennis and snowboarding. He is also involved in leadership roles within his local community.
